The Landing Town Centre is a vibrant mixed-use development featuring retail spaces, first-floor offices, and a town square, all arranged around a high-street style environment.

Kamo Marsh Landscape Architects were engaged as part of a multidisciplinary project team—including architects, civil, stormwater, mechanical, and structural engineers, and project managers—to deliver all hard and soft landscape elements. The design integrates public gathering spaces, pedestrian circulation, and landscaped areas that complement the urban setting.

Artworks by Priscilla Cowie enrich the public realm, adding cultural and visual interest, while photography by Gavin Gillson of The Buchan Group captures the project’s detail and character.
